COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup coffee, chilled
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder *
2 tablespoons Da Vinci sugar free syrup, vanilla flavor
1/4-1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
8 ice cubes
Put everything except the xanthan gum and ice cubes in a blender; blend briefly on low speed. Turn the blender to high and gradually add the xanthan gum and then the ice cubes, one at a time. Blend until smooth and thick.

This has a nice, mild coffee flavor. If you like a stronger flavor, make your coffee extra strong or use espresso. If you want to increase the fat and reduce the protein in this, double the cream and use half as much whey protein powder. The carbs are also lower with this version. Here are the adjusted counts:
