QuestionHi
I heard that if i make chemical diet for 3 days i'll loose 3 kg
can you tell me about this diet?
and its advantages and disadvantages?
Thanx
AnswerDear Diet Finder
All diets are chemical in that your whole system is bio-chemical. All diets should be non-chemical in the sense that toxic residues, pesticides, artificial fertilizers and additives are damaging to your health.
So, I cannot begin to imagine what kind of diet you might be referring to. It sounds loopy.
I sincerely hope you are not only interested in this diet for the sake of losing three kg. As you can tell from my profile, such foolish attraction saddens me much. Technically, it is possible to lose 3 kg in 3 days because if you stop eating your bowels empty out and that amounts to about 3 kgs. But I am sure you can see how nonsensical that would be. There is no way that you can lose three permanent kilos in three days healthily. If you don't drink (H2O) for three days you can probably lose up to 5 kg! Only you would be dead or life-threateningly ill of dehydration.
My hot tip of the week is this: if you don't get a least three (free) yummy recipes promoting any one diet then it cannot be a great diet to go on. Dieting should be about building up a rewarding, finally tuned, and vibrant but steady and long-lasting relationship (between you and your food).
Remember, wholesome means compounding the parts into a (chemically) balanced whole around the very heart of you.
Take care, Evelyn.
