Question hello, my family and i are going on vacation for one whole week on march 12. by the time comes it will be week #3 for me with my diet and dont want to gain it all back in that week. i very afraid i will too. what can i do??? vaction is about eating good food too! also my parents will be with so it will look weird if i have a salad for every meal. (dont ask.) anyway, thanks.

If you are trying to lose weight, aim to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. If you are able to attain your goal, you would get the excitement to go on your plan. Sometimes it is little things that count the most when working toward your goals.
The combination of diet and exercise is a faster way to lose weight, but it depends on the person’s body and how strict his diet. A strict diet could make you lose 3kgs in a week. Weight loss is just an uphill battle. You have got to keep on fighting. You must figure out why you lose the battles you lose and pray like hell you win the war.
But it is really weird and hard to refuse the good food on vacation. So you could eat a little good food in day but less at night. And keep more workout even on vacation, such as walking to some near destination instead of by car or so.
