I am afraid you haven't told me enough about your current diet for me to be able to help you. I am not into dieting for weight loss. If you learn to set up a healthy eating plan you will probably find your natural weight within about 12-18 months.
It is extremely unrealistic to expect to lose 50 pounds in three months. This could seriously compromise your health.
Forget about the numbers for a while, and ask yourself whether you are eating three nutritious meals a day and whether you can cut out all processed foods, fast-food, white sugar, and fatty snacks.
If you need any more concrete information you can always run your average daily diet by me, and I can highlight where you might be able to make some useful changes.
Remember to be patient and train up your taste buds for fresh, wholesome products. Eat what you need, don't want what you don't need!
