I request you please advice me medicine for weight gain. I want to increase his weight, he is very thin, Child Physician said he is normal. He take milk with bananas.
please advice me diet also.

ANSWER: Hello M Gupta- I am not a medical doctor and do not know the background of your eating/dietary consumption on a day to day basis. I can tell you that when children are underweight  adults as well that the body is not absorbing nutrients and something is off balance. I suggest trying a diet that is gluten free- meaning no wheat or flours, focusing more on rice , beans, lean meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, and eliminating refined sugars- focusing more on honey and agave a natural sweeteners-  As for the sweating I do know that the skin is the body's largest elimination organ and so it makes sense that through sweating his body is eliminating toxins of some sort. If you let me know a little more about his diet and background I may be able to advise you a little more and provide some references- just let me know- Thanks!

QUESTION: he takes milk and banana at morning first things, then eat rice and pulse with green salad/ vegitables, lunch - curd with rice or bread and at night he takes rice and pulse,  and eat chiken twice in a week.

Answer
Hello Again- You may want to consider a wheat and dairy free diet for your son or at least switching the milk to yogurt with a healthy probiotic. I think incorporating beans and lentils would be a good idea as well. Maybe instead of bread try a quinoa dish and experiment with other grains like that versus wheat based grains. Buckwheat is a good one, the quinoa, brown rice (not white rice) and farvarouh. For the mornings you could try yogurt with an oat based granola and berries versus banana- that would add some additional nutritional value and the yogurt would aid in digestion. Or you could try a banana with almond butter and a little honey that would also be good. I hope that is helpful.
Peace and Blessings
