I suggest you check the weightloss categories again.
I have no idea what inspired you to select me of the (literally) tens of experts on this site alone who can tell you how to get a quick fix. The amount of cals (never under 1800 for a young male unless morbidly obese), the number of meals (always three)and even the hours of exercise (steady, regular, what makes you really feel GOOD - min 30 min brisk walk a day) is very simple info anybody can give you at the drop of a hat.
When you want to talk serious maintenance and holistic diet (i.e. that what you love to eat because it resonates deeply and that which enhances your full potential, keeping you in balance between heaven and earth - i.e health) then we should reconvene again.
