QuestionHow long can you drink green tea before you build up an immunity to it in helping your metabolism?
I heard that you should drink it for so many days and get off for a while, but I don't know what the amount days is for drinking green tea and the amount of days to be off of it. If someone can help me with the ratio, I would greatly appreciate it.
Also any more tips for keeping the metabolism raved up will be appreciated.

Green tea has been shown to be effective at increasing your basal metabolic rate as well as increasing your resistance to bacteria and virus'. There is only anecdotal evidence to suggest that eventually green tea will not give you the same benefits as when you first began consuming it. I would not be concerned with building a tolerance to its beneficial effects.
There are many other simple ways to increase your metabolism:
-Drink lots of water
-Exercise
-Vitamin B-12
-Magnesium
