Losing at least 10 pounds a week

I weigh 260 and i'm 6 foot. The thing is that since
i've been on a low carb diet i've been losing at least 10 pounds a
week. Is that healthy?

Hi Art,

In the beginning of a true low carb diet, it's not unusual. How healthy it is depends on how you feel after the first week or so. If you still feel not yourself and weak, maybe you should slow down your weight loss tempo. If you've overcome the adaptation symptoms and feel full of energy, it's OK.

Make sure  you are not dehydrated. Drink plenty of water and don't avoid sodium (salt)
