Ive done the Zone, Low Carb,...

I've done the Zone, Low Carb, high flax and now I try and fit it all in and enjoy life.  What is the best way to feel light and eat healthy.  How many calories should I be consuming to look slim and feel good!  I'm 5'6 and approx. 125lbs.  I cardio train daily for 40-60 min.  I would like to start strength training again, but always feel tighter in my clothes...is the food or the lunges and squats twice a week?

As to the "squats versus foods," I am not sure I understand what you mean, but the tightness may attribute to your muscle glycogen retaining water.
