QuestionWell its not like I am fat or anything like that I am only like 5 pounds over what i would like to be and I don't have as much muscle as I would like. I am really trying to lose it and get in better shape. I'd like to get in really good shape for my girlfriend which means I'd like nice muscles which I am doing pretty good at. Well my question is what kinda diet would help give me energy for my workouts and still help me lose weight. I am not sure if u would need to know what I do but I just don't have the energy to finish my workouts. I can only run about 2 miles and left weights like 45 minutes which is really not good for me. I could left like 2 hours and run 5 miles before I started watching what I eat. I would like to beable to do more and still have the energy to finish the workout and have some left over.
