Hi,
I am a meat-eater (only chicken and fish) and am particularly fond of Chinese food.
Could you recommend anything specific I could consume on an 'every-other-day' basis that's healthy?

Hello,

There's no simple answer to your question. Depends on what's your idea of "healthy" - for some, it's vegetarian, for some - Atkins. Yours seems closer to Atkins. But then  you must watch your carbohydrate grams. There are also good and bad fats that are important in determining how healthy  your eating plan would be. Plus, a lot in this area depends on your fitness level and exercise routine.
