QuestionHello,Ms.Zilberter. I hate the way I look and feel.I am 36 years old,5ft.5 and weigh 250 lbs.I know how to eat well,I just don't do it.I just seem to eat out of habit.Things like chips, candy, pies, ect. When I am angry, bored and lonely I reach for those junk foods.Once I tried a 1200 calorie diet for 3 days but could not stick to it because I was so hungry.Perhaps that was not enough for me.I have made a New Years resolution to lose 100 lbs by the next New Year.Is it possible to do that in a year? Can I break those bad eating habits? How many calories can I consume and lose weight?Thank you for taking the time to assist me.
AnswerElizabeth,
I think you can do it and do it better with a professional help. The best plan for you I am aware of is a new Personality Diet. Here's the link to click on and learn more:

Another approach is to make you hunger greatly reduced by going for a while on a very low carb, high-fat diet. above 90% of our Banta dieters reported no hunger/cravings after the first week. Read more about it here:
