Questionhello sir,
i live in Pakistan.Here most people belive that certain foods has warm effect on body while others have cold effect.
e.g. they say pumpkin has cold effect on body and egg and meet etc.have hot effect on body.And they also presume that for some people hot foods are good and for some people they have bad effects and vice versa.
So sir i wana enquire from u that whether this belief has any reality in it or not?
if yes then what kind of other foods are hot and what others are cold?
and how they effect on our body?
