hello mam ,

i m 22 yrs .... 5 feet 11inches .. 76 kgs ....
i work out every day .... for gettin rid of the beer belly ..i hav .
ur suggestions for a diet ... will b of gr8 help ... as for past a month of exercises has yielded no results ....

Dear Anoop,

It's impossible to give you an advice basing on information you shared. I don't know your gender, what you eat, how you exercise, etc.

I can tell you only one thing; The beer belly CAN be a sign that you overeat carbohydrates and/or you have insulin sensitivity problem. You might want to consider one of low carb diets.
