Hi, I was wondering if you think the atkin diet is any good? I guess what I'm asking is do yuot hink it will work for me? I can give you details about myself if needed, thank you for your help in advance.

I think Atkins diet is wonderful but not without errors (in Dr. Atkins times some nutrition facts were not avaliable)
