QuestionHi, I have already lost 10 pounds over the summer while I was working three days a week doing lawn care and eating near to nothing while taking slim & trim diet pills. I would like to loose another ten pounds. I was wondering what you think of my plan and if you think it will work:
First let me tell you I am 134 pounds, meduim bone type and will not be fairly inactive as the lawn care is over for the year thou I will still be exercising by running/walking my dogs.
I plan to consume 650 calories per day,
Take my 4 Slim & Trim pills daily as I have been doing all along
Exercise fairly lightly thou a good run with my dogs ossainally is bound to be of some assistance in weight loss
I plan to drink 6/8 glasses of water per day. Now do you think this will allow me to lose weight? what I was doing before wsnt all that different but I had the lwan care to exericse with and lower calorie intake.
AnswerHello,
I hope you wrote this message expecting me to be honest with you, right?
Your plan is a starvation "diet" that will definitely rob your body of the most essential nutrients and put it into permanent defense against spending any calories for your needs. You'll start burning muscle protein. There will be other side effects one of them being gaining weight rapidly as soon as your body gets access to regular food.
I would recommend you to check carefully whether you indeed need losing weight, using any free BMI calculators online or circumference method to assess your body fat %.
Finally, 600 Calories a day is considered a clinical strength protocol and should be attempted under professional supervision. Also, I don't believe in diet pills unless there's a morbid obesity in which case they have to be prescribed by a doctor.
Sorry is I disappointed you, but this is the truth about your plan.
