I'm rather confident that within Banta is something for everyone; if one keeps in touch, do the homework and ask questions.
The basics are purely biochemical - shifting your metabolic pathway from the common carbohydrate one to the usually blocked in Western societies fat metabolizing pathway.
There are 9 plans and which one if good for your next week depends on your results during the previous week. So in a way, it's an endless process, but it's not going in circles, it's going upward the spiral way. The plan offers interesting rotation ideas for the advanced phases, etc.
