AnswerI wondered, too, at the success of such series as "For Dummies" or "For the complete idiot". I think most of the people are attracted to the idea not because they think they are dummies or idiots, just they hope that such approach will let them to do things easer than too books or programs that are technical.
As to this concrete title, it is, indeed uses quite closely the Rotation ane T-factor diets but they promis that they lightened it all up.
