QuestionHello and thank you in advance for answering my question. I'm 24 years old and probably now close to 250lbs. I've tried everything on the market to loose weight. Pills, walking, diets, juice diets, you name it at one point or another in my life, (since I've been big my entire life) I've been trying to do something. I always end up failing because I blow it. I always tell myself eating bad one night won't hurt and I'll start back tomorrow and usually tomorrow that never happens. Right now I've been taking trimspa diet pills to curb my appitite, eating special k cereal for breakfast and lunch with either 100 cal snack packs or yougart in between for a snack, eating a smart ones weight watchers microwave dinner for my supper and limiting myself to one diet coke per day. For sweet cravings I eat sugar free jello pudding on occasion and my food intake has been consisting of baked foods, NO fried foods at all. I bought an ellipitical machine and have been doing that for 30 minutes 6 days a week and sometimes twice a day on the weekends if i can muscle up the strength. I'm not loosing any weight. THis is the FIRST and only time in my life I've actually stuck to trying to loose weight for about 2 months now and there's no change. What am I doing wrong? Any pointers? Please help me I"m getting so discouraged.
AnswerSamantha,
You need help that's more serious than one answer. You can get a very good program that will help you cravings (sugar free jello pudding is wrong and the pills are even worse!) and teach you what to eat, at least temporarily to start losing weight and get more energy.
Just go to http://bantadiet.com and read first what it's all about, then click on "start" and begin.
Good luck!
