I was wondering what kinda of natural foods are especially good for the liver and digestive tract. In the recent year, I have been eating out a lot more than before and as restaurant food tends to be more greasy (and have MSG if it's Chinese food), I am worried that my digestive system is not as healthly as it should be.
Can you please suggest some natural foods that are especially good for "cleaning" the digestive tract and good for the liver? Any specific types of vitamins or supplements I should take?

The best two things you can do for the cleansing are:
- Eating more fibery foods like oats of all kinds or taking fiber supplements (but as powder not in tablets) - do it regularly!
- Having at least 1 cup of *fresh* yogurt or kefir daily.
In emergency cases, when you feel that your meal was really heavy, take a tablespoonful of olive oil first thing in the morning. I know, it sounds not pleasant but does it work!
