Questionso if i eat
breakfast a bananna-strawberry-pineapple-peach smoothie with
two slices of turkey bacon
drink 1 liter of water
lunch
a grilled chicken salad drink
1 liter of water
dinner baked chicken or fish with green beens
drink 1 liet of water
i can lose weight? how do i burn all those calories at home? because i don't have a gym membership . what are some good exericse like running or walking or tabeo?

What you are going to eat is a mixed diet and results will depend on portion sizes and calorie count. If you skipped the smoothie, all the rest would be pretty much high-protein diet. However, it would be too low in fat to stop counting calories.
