Question Hi, i am a 31 year old female and i'm overweight. i have started taking the h57 hoodia pills, 2 pills twice a day before meals. They told me that there were no side effects but since i started with the ''all natural pills'', i have felt light-headed, tired, weak, and i feel like i have a fever but i don't! Could it be the pills because I never felt these symptoms unless i was sick with a cold or something. I WILL GO TO A DOCTOR SOON but i just wanted to know if the pills had anything to do with it. Thank you.
AnswerHi Hannah,
It can have to do everything with the pills. The matter is, there's no targeted pills that work just for weight loss. To activate the process of burning fat, they HAVE to activate the "excitatory" part of your nervous system as a whole and as it's being done, too many processes get involved, many of them unwanted: jumpiness, restlessness, temperature increase, fast heart beat and breathing, etc. Your resource is being spent fast so before you know it, you are tired and weak.
Hope it explains what's going on with diet pills,
