QuestionTo start things off Im about 200 pounds 5'11" and Im going to be working in forestry this summer, hook tending and I would like to maximize healthy weight loss aswell as muscle building while I do it. one problem is I have no clue on what I should modify in my diet. Ive cut about 90% of the refined sugar from my diet in the past few months. I know you eat alot while you work hard like that but I also need another diet to use after Im done working in spetember to hold my new phisique :P lol any help you can give will be greatly apperciated, thankyou for your time.
AnswerDear Garrett,
During the period of your hard physical work, pay attention to consuming enough of quality protein foods (meats, poultry, fish) and "good" fats like olive oil.
After your work is finished, the best would be to maitain your physical shape staying fit and strong. As to the diet, I feel comfortable to recommend you our online diet/exercise plan because it's free - which will suit your goal perfectly. You can find it at http://bantadiet.com
Good luck and have a great summer!
