Gynecomastia treatment

I think I have a hormone imbalance or something because im 17 and I have man boobs
Im 5'8 150 pounds I dont have a lot of body fat but I do have some.
I exercise alot and I diet but still cant get ride of them.
I had them when I was around 12-13 and I rely want to get rid of them.
