Question
i am 16 year old. i weigh 70 kg. height 4ft. i am to control my diet. pls help me  how should i loose my weight. pls tell.

Answer
First realize that my "expertise" is with people that have had tummy-surgery, especially RNY or LapBand surgery. What I can tell you of offer suggestions is the hints and tips that these folks have learned in their efforts to lose wight and/or maintain their weightloss.
Second, understand that your body needs and uses Protein far better than in does Fats & Carbs. This is NOT to say that you should exclude Carbohydrates & Fats, but to suggest that you Limit them.
Third please recognize that WATER is not only essential for day to day living, but that it is involved in every bodily function - so stay hydrated, regardless of which type of diet you choose.
Fourth choose a diet plan you can & will stick with. Don't try something with the intent of only doing it for a week or two, rather modify your existing diet (day-to-day meals) to enhance what works best for you [weight loss] and limits what causes you problems [weight-gain & health-problems].

This is an excerpt of several emails speaking of things to eat to reduce hunger pangs  - a Major problem for those of us that have had RNY or Lap band surgery.
I have been watching Oprah (a popular American TV show). She recommends trying a handful of Grape nuts, a handful of Spoon Sized Shredded wheat, a bit of Splenda and a few blueberries with a splash of 2% milk. After gastric-by [pass surgery many people become Lactose-Intolerant which is why the MooTopia is suggested. Both the Shredded wheat & Grape Nuts are complex carbs - your system uses extra calories to convert these to sugars and your system will often store these carbs for later use. Whereas simple sugars (sugar, plain white bread, potatoe) are easy for your system to convert and will raise your blood sugar to unsafe levels far to quickly.

I will have to try the soy chips, I am trying not to eat so much meat and cheese.  I have however started eating cottage cheese and like it, so that's a good start.

Other snack ideas(in your case 'on your way to a normal diet') include: Boiled egg, Scrambled egg, Peanut butter (JUST a bite or two), Hard cheeses, Low-fat/non-fat cottage cheese, Low-fat/non-fat ricotta cheese, Sugar-free custards, Sugar-free puddings, Sugar-free popsicles, Non-fat unsweetened or sugar-free yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit? Colombo Light?or non-fat Total?, Sugar-free frozen yogurt, Tuna fish, Unsweetened applesauce, Canned or jarred peaches and/or pears in their own juice (no syrup or sugar added), Apple squares w\cheddar cheese cubes, small sweet potato without the skin

Check out the great soy chips available through Revival Soy. Each  serving contains 7g of protein (and they're yummy, too!).

http://bariatricadvantage.com/products.htm << All of the products available through Bariatric Advantage are some of   the best on the market today. I LOVE their chewable calcium citrate, & their chewable iron is yummy, too (you can not take calcium and iron together ... they compete with 1 another for absorption). Their multivitamin is also specially formulated to   maximize absorption for bariatric patients (all of their products are formulated this way). Great stuff! Enjoy!

Some of my yummy higher protein snacks lately-this WAS a challenge at first but I started looking for creative ideas and found these! -a 4oz Dannon light and fit yogurt sprinkled with 1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal...little bit crunchy and it is higher in protein (I think the cereal has about 3 or 4 g in itself, and the yogurt 3 g!) -the "ever popular" string cheese,a good one for work as it is portable! -Gensoy soy crisps (like mini rice cakes about 7 g if you eat a whole serving, there are several flavors, not GREAT tasting but tolerable). Quaker also makes some and they taste better. -South Beach Diet Cereal Bar 10 g. Good deals on these at Sam's Club if you like peanut butter and chocolate flavors. -Michael Season's Soy Protein Chips (Kroger at Briar Forest/Dairy Ashford carries them, also online. 12 g/oz of chips) http://www.seasonssnacks.com/seasons_sweet/template_ms_soy.cfm
-pepperoni chips made with Turkey Pepperoni (lower fat option than regular) & Paremsan Crisps -Sliced Deli Turkey, just a slice or 2 -Soybeans (Edamam?7 g/1/4 cup snack according to fitday.com -homemade egg salad (using nonfat plain yogurt, etc) with a few soy chips

Persoanlly - I detest sugar-free foods, so I tend to stick to chicken, yogurt, shrimp and protein crackers!

I hope you can find something in here to help you lose your weight, keeping in mind one MAJOR CONCEPT - you didn't gain your weight overnight, so don't get frustrated if it takes awhile to see signs of weightloss!
