Afternoon:
3 roti/chapati with the morning vegetable, 4 tablespoon honey, 900 ml buttermilk , 3 bananas , 3 awaleh (sorry, don't know the english name, source of Vitamin C), handfull of peanuts (without coating)
Evening:
2 roti/chapati with pulses(most of the time- moong), 350 ml milk
Also, what's the frequency of keeping our diet balanced? i.e In how much time we should have eaten all the necessary nutrients?
AnswerDear Chirag,
To build muscle mass, one need to make it sure that he consumes enough protein. Not knowing nutritional values of the special foods you mentioned, it's hard to answer your question. However, you might want to calculate it using the calculator at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/caltp.htm
To assess nutritional values of foods, I highly advise you to become a member (it's free) of http://fitday.com
Hope it helps,
