QuestionYears ago I lost at least 15 pounds while on a high fibre/ low fat diet. Since then I've gained all the weight plus back and would like to try something along those lines again. I'd appreciate any suggestions or meals type plans that you could offer.

1. To decrease energy density of meals
2. To decrease calorie absorption of meals
