QuestionHi,
My name is shane im 18 years old I have a large framed body. I weigh 286lb and I am 72 inches in height. When I use a bmi it says I am obese but I really dont look as big as I am (fat wise) I think it has to do with me actually being "big boned" I know there is no such thing really but I have a wide body frame like I said.
I work a very weird schedual, 4:00pm-2:30am M-F and 8:00am-4:00pm Sat. I would love to try and figure out the best and most conveinant way to lose weight. I would like something that is a little easy to keep with since I do have a problem eating when I am not hungry. I am working on that. I had hypertension for a while, then I lowered it by cutting out alot of salty foods. Then I started taking Stacker 2 as an energy pill and diet pill and my blood pressure sky rocketed to 160/100 so I cut them out all together. Any help that you can give me would be much appreciated.
Sorry about the little side details.
AnswerDear Shane,
You might want to know your body fat % instead of BMI because BMI doesn't consider your frame type and muscle mass. You can use these tools:
Calculators:

Article about measuring your body fat % and calculator to download:

When you go to the above page, you'll notice that you are inside a online diet plan. It's free and it's successful, feel free to look at the beginning of the program (or go right to http://bantadiet.com )
