QuestionHave you known of anyone who used the primal diet for healing ms ? Is it true that I should be consuming raw salmon and raw chicken to heal my damaged nerves from the disease?
Answer I don't personally know anyone who's specifically recovered from MS via the Primal Diet, though I know many people who've recovered from other very serious illnesses.
I think your best bet is to post a general inquiry to one of the three main rawpalaeo diet groups, to see if anyone has recovered from MS, as a result of the Primal Diet - I've heard vague references to MS, once or twice, on these forums. You'll have to become a member to post the inquiry, though. Here are the addresses of those groups, from largest to smallest:-

Raw chicken and raw salmon are, indeed, common components of Aajonus' Primal Diet. I'm not sure if Aajonus specifically states that those two foods are good for healing damaged nerves, in particular, but if it states as much in his two books, it's clearly standard Primal Diet doctrine.
I will be honest and state that I'm a bit sceptical of this idea, given my own experiences re health recovery.
Most of the people I talk to, who've recovered from various illnesses, tend to do better by also including decent amounts of (non-dairy/non-egg) raw animal fat and some raw organ-meats(especially raw marrow, but also including tongue, kidney, heart) - getting organic, 100% grass-fed meat/organ-meats is also a necessary requirement for increased health. I'm not against raw, lean meat, as such, I just don't think it's a good idea to rely on that exclusively. In short, a truly health-giving diet requires a good deal of variety, to get all the necessary nutrients.
