QuestionHi Melissa,
right now I am doing the low calorie diet, and my goal is too loose 30 lbs or 20 I would be satisfied with. I used to be on the atkins diet before this, and I liked that also. Now that I am doing the low calorie diet, I really miss my meats since I am more of a meat eater then a vegetable or bread eater. Beleive me, I love all foods, so this low calrie diet is okay too. My question for you is, if I get to my goal and loose at least 20 lbs, and then switch over to the atkins diet and start out with the 2 week induction part, do you think that I will gain weight when switching over?
AnswerJoleen,
In order to answer your question I need some more information from you-age, height, and what you've weighed over the past three years-if you have gained or lost weight through various diets, please tell me about it.
Also, could you tell me in more detail about the diet that you're on right now? How many calories are you eating? What types of foods? If you want, you can email me with everything you eat or drink for two full days, and I can analyze it for you to make sure it's a good diet. The diet that you eat now really determines what will happen if you switch to Atkins, so it's important that you give me as much information as possible.
