Questionim 16 and im really over weight about 300 pounds i need to know what i can do i stop drinking sugary drinks no candy or chocolate no over eating and im using a treadmill everyday is there anything else i can do to lose it quicker

Can you lose faster? Depends on how fast you're losing. First I'd recommend buying a good scale. Scales that aren't digital tend to wear out and get inaccurate after a few years, so you might need a new one.
Once you're certain your scale is telling the truth, then weigh yourself on the first day of the month, and again on the last day of the month. If you lost eight pounds or more, then you're already losing weight fast and you don't want to go any faster.
If you lost less than six or seven pounds, then yes, you can lose faster. Here are some things to add to your routine:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
2. Increase the amount of time you spend on the treadmill. For best weight loss, try to work up to one hour every day. When you're walking, you should be breathing hard, but not out of breath.
3. Cut eating white carbohydrates (white bread, white potato, white pasta, white rice). Eat ONLY brown/whole wheat carbohydrates, like brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
4. Eat at least 3 cups of non-starchy vegetables every day. Starchy vegetables are peas, carrots, and corn. You can still eat those vegetables, but they don't count towards your 3 cups.
5. Eat one large fruit (like a big banana) or two small fruits (plum, kiwi) every day.
