QuestionAbout a month ago I took a Fit America Product called Metabofit. This is a energy booster as well as a appetite suppressant. I have taken numerous supplements in the past such as Trim Spa, Xenadrine, Stackers, and so on. I took half of the dosage and took as directed. I had one in the morning and one in the mid-afternoon. I did this two days in a row and experienced bladder infection type symptoms.(urgency to pee, blood in the urine) At the time I also drank a Monster energy drink that I thought was the problem due to not being able to drink soft drinks because they result in bladder infections. Well the symptoms surpassed quickly and a week later I took one supplement and about three hours later I had the intense urgency to urinate. this time It was a more vivid pink and red when I wiped. It lasted a few days but then went away. Shortly after it those symptoms surpassed I began having a brown vaginal discharge and very tender breasts. This has lasted about 3 weeks and need to know what is going on and if this will surpass or what you can recommend doing to make it stop. Thanks
AnswerDeanna,
Blood in the urine is never normal. Even if you have a bladder infection, there should never be blood in the urine. You may be having a very serious drug reaction. It is extremely important that you do not take ANY type of diet product, and that you see your doctor as soon as possible. Most diet products contain the same types of ingredients, and so if you have developed a reaction to one, it's very likely that you will have the same reaction to all of them from now on. You can never, ever take any type of diet aid or energy drink, ever again! You need to see your doctor as soon as possible. If there is more than just a small trace of blood, go to an urgent care or an emergency room immediately.
