Hi, I am unable to loose weight after i had my baby. Can u suggest a diet plan that i can follow with Indian vegetarian diet.

You have to make lifestyle change to achieve the ideal weight. It has to be a combination of diet and physical activity with the aim to discipline your body, mind and senses.
(1) Walk for half an hour every morning.
(2) Do yoga or meditation for half an hour.
(3) Avoid rajsik food.
(4) Increase the consumption of Satvik food like fruits and vegetable.
(5) Meditate or prey for some time during the day.
