QuestionI'm 34, I weight 231 pounds for 5'5" height. I am obese, my waist measure 46 inches, my metabolism is very low because of my yo-yo dieting and i want to lose all those pounds accumulated in the last 11 years. I have enormous problems in doing it, because of the low metabolism. I have no health problems, my thyroid is ok, as it is my cholesterol levels and have no diabetes. I would like to reach a healthy weight, and if possible I'd love to lose my first 30 pounds fairly quickly, to motivate me in keeping going. Can you please give me some advice? Thank you very much
