QuestionHi,
4 weeks ago I weighed 136 pounds, after going running and eating healthfully I am now around 126 pounds and 5.4 with an athletic frame.
I run for about 30-40 mins 3-4 times a week.
I eat healthfully but get hungry in the afternoons and that is when I normally experience my downfall in eating right.
I would like lose about 8-10 pounds more but I抦 finding it really hard to drop the extra last 10 pounds. Any suggestions please?

Are you looking to see more toning or just a lower number on the scale?
If it's toning, I would recommend to change up your exercise routine (add some resistance training and intervals as well), take your measurements (bust, waist, hips - maybe even arms and thighs) and track that more that weight (take measures every 3-4 weeks). Please don't eat less than 1200-1500 calories (you need atleast that much, even when losing weight). Please ask any more questions if you would like a follow up.
