QuestionI started making high meat, and it looks horrible. i am scared to eat it. any advice? Also, can i eat dirt for soil based organisms? what do u think about the blood type diet?
AnswerWell, you could try cutting the high-meat into tiny slivers and pop these into your mouth, one at a time, quickly chased down by a gulp of mineral-water.
In my own case,I made sure to experiment with a dozen different types of high-meat(and I'd suggest you do the same). I found that I couldn't stand any "high-meat" made from red muscle-meat,liver,eggs or fish/fowl/shellfish, but "high-meat" made from kidney, tongue and especially, heart, was fine. At first, I tried the above recommendation re eating it in tiny slivers at a time, but I got used to it relatively quickly and found, in the end, that I got the best effect if I ate two bite-sized chunks on the days I used the "high-meat". I should mention that it was perhaps easier for me, as, from the beginning of the diet, I'd been gradually leaving raw meats in the fridge for an increasing period of time, so that I was already fully used to slightly-aged meats.
If you still can't handle the idea of "high-meat", you could try EM products I suppose(Vinny's EM Info site has some details re suppliers). Haven't got around to trying EM, as yet, but they do appear to contain soil-based bacteria, so that's an alternative option. I've never personally tried eating actual dirt for bacteria as such but it might work.
Re blood-type diet:- Well, a number of people who've tried it have told me that it didn't work for them, despite following their particular dietary routine in line with their blood-type, and I find the science behind it to be a little dodgy.
