QUESTION: hi again, i usually only eat once aday & thats dinner i cook healthy no fried foods i eat alot of salads with very little dressing & no sweets . i play around alot with the baby he's a very active 2 year-old , i do exercise routines in the am with the tv -1-2 times aweek i work on the weight bench 2 times aweek
AnswerI know your problem already. When you eat only once a day the body goes into starvation mode. this causes us to gain weight b/c the body stores EVERY CALORIE WE GIVE IT! The key is to eat six small meals a day, I know you are busy but you can work your way up to it. Start with 2 meals, then 3 and so on. Eventually it will fell normal. Please trust me and try it, it will make a huge difference (I imagine you have low energy as well?). Change does take time, so don't expect huge loses on the scale immediately. Patience is key. Typical weight loss day example:
B:1 cup cereal, 3/4 cup milk, 1 fruit
S: 1 cup yogurt
L: 1/2 bagel, mini can of tuna
S: carrot sticks, 10 almonds
D: is fine now
S: 2 cups popcorn OR a fruit

I was once 175 too, the way I lost it was eating 6x a day, and I've seen many others do the same!!
Good luck,
