QuestionI am 11,5'4'' and weigh about 150 pounds is this the right weight for me or do I need to lose some weight. Also I have a lot of belly fat and have been trying to get rid of it for quite a while. Do you know any ways that I can boost my metabolism? Thank you!
AnswerI can;t honestly tell you whether you have the right weight as everybody's ideal weight will vary greatly depending on their particular natural build(ie slight/medium or heavy). I view the BMI-index, re measuring ideal weight as hopelessly flawed as, by its calculations, bodybuilders like Schwarzenegger would seem to be fat which is absurd, but here's a page where you can work out what it is:-

There are only three reasonably reliable ways to reduce fat, long-term. Eat less(you could perhaps try Intermittent Fasting(either eat one large meal at the end of each day, or eat all you want on one day and eat nothing the next and repeat the cycle)or you could go low-carb - if the cooked low-carb doesn't work you should then try raw, low-carb instead.
