QuestionAwdhesh
I am 49,good health.
My only 'issue' is my inability to eat much food without gaining weight.
I am 5'8" 230 pounds now,but would like to get much lighter.
As a young man I ate 1000-1500 calories a day and looked good.
With a family I put on weight.
I have tried to find out whats 'wrong' with me-no issues at all came up including thyroid. People dont believe I have to eat so little. Some experts say I need to eat more because my metabolism in in starvation mode.Eating more made me overweight!
With my kids independant,I have gone back to eating alittle over 1000 calories a day and am losing weight of course. No I am not hungry either. My digestion/bowel movements are even better.
As a person with an Eastern perspective I am coming to you as people in the west 'dont get it'.
Any thoughts appreciated!
AnswerDear Carl,
I believe based on Ancient philosophies of East that the nature of the person is the cause and the effect of the weight of the person. I do not advice anyone to starve himself as the body weight is automatically adjusted by the gradual change of his nature.
