AnswerDestiny,
Your weight is determined by the balance between the number of calories you're eating and the number of calories you're burning.
With your statistics, estimating that you exercise 30 minutes per day, then you are eating about 2300 calories daily in order to be at your present weight. But at just 5'2", you should only be eating about 1700 calories daily to maintain a healthy weight. Lowering your calorie intake should be very easy, considering your usual diet.
Step 1: Drink ONE tall 16 oz glass of low fat (skim, 1%, or 2%) milk daily, or two short 8 oz glasses. Replace the rest of your milk with water.
Step 2: Change the type of TV dinners that you purchase. Breakfast and lunch should have no more than 400 calories. Dinner should have no more than 600 calories. Calories are listed on the back of the box.
Step 3: Start snacking on fruits and vegetables, one small piece per day. Try a SMALL apple, 5-6 baby carrots, or a mini banana (Super Walmart often carries mini bananas, about half the size of a regular banana).
Step 4: Exercise. When I told you that you should eat 1700 calories, that assumes that you are walking 30 minutes every day. If you don't walk, then you should eat less. Each 30 minutes of walking burns about 110 calories. Walking up one flight of stairs burns about 5 calories. Walking down burns 2 calories.
If you want me to clarify anything or you just have more questions, please feel free to send me more questions any time, and I wish you the best of luck!

p.s. You mentioned a baby; I assume you are not breastfeeding. Breastfeeding burns about 600-900 calories per day, depending on the age of the baby and whether or not he can eat baby foods yet. Needless to say, with all that extra calorie burn, breastfeeding moms never, ever send questions about losing weight!!!
