hi dear,
i am 5.4" and i weigh approx 176.most of the fats of mine is at belly and thigh n butts.i want to lose weight as soon as i can.i eat home made n junk food too.can you please help me out

The key is to eat six small meals a day.  Start with 3 meals, then 4 and so on.  Eventually it will fell normal.  Please trust me and try it, it will make a huge difference (I imagine you have low energy as well?).  Change does take time, so don't expect huge loses on the scale immediately.  Patience is key.  Typical weight loss day example:
B:1 cup cereal, 3/4 cup milk, 1 fruit
S: 1 cup yogurt
L: 1/2 bagel, mini can of tuna
S: carrot sticks, 10 almonds
D: smaller than baseball (3/4 cup) potatoe, rice or pasta.  palm size meat.  as many veggies as you want.
S: 2 cups popcorn OR a fruit
