Question Dear Mis,
I m curntly using abs+ form genuine health ( http://www.genuinehealth.com/english/pbn/index.php?id=2§ion=20 )and I like the results ! I was wondering if stoping the use of this supplement would cause a weight gain ? (even though I tend to eat right)
I m a 19 year old male, I go to the gym 3 days a week n do some cardio may be 2 days a week
AnswerDear Taher Shafik,
There is such a possibility unless you adjust your exercise routine and the way of eating to CLA withdrawal though this is true for any weight loss technique.
If you have to stop taking the supplement, try to eat more foods that are rich in it, for example, butter, whole milk, cream, and full-fat cheese. Of course, for the green tea part of the supplement, increase your intake of green tea.
