QuestionI will do a 7 day fast. I will drink only water, and natural teas. I will be exercising as usual, fairly hard, if possible during the whole time, but I will slow down if I need to. In the past around 4-5days, I have to slow down.
I hope to lose around 10lbs. I have lost around 2stones(28lbs) over 2 years and would like to lose finally 10 more lbs to feel I am my perfect figure for me!
So my question...
AFTER FASTING.
1)how to reintroduce food
2)what to reintroduce
3)do I have to 'go at' exercize like crazy.
Basically what is the best way to keep the fat and weight off for good after the fast?

As to you last question about keeping weight off, my answer is, this part is harder after fasting than after anything else so, if not absolutely necessary, don't do complete fast for longer than 72 hours or consider the following alternatives:
