AnswerThe idea of an ever changing diet does make sense to me. The matter is, your body can adjust to about anything within its survival limits and once it adapts to any new condition, it spends less energy to maintain it. For the weight loss matters it means you are hitting the plateau. What you rotate is less important so there are quite a few rotation diets:
