I would like to start off by thanking you for taking the time to read / awnser my question. My name is Ashley and I am about 5'5 and female. I weigh about 117 pounds and I would like to tone my stomach. I would like to get my belly button peirced for my 16th birthday which is in 3 months and I would like to have a tonned/flat tummy. If I want to acheive this what sortof diet / exercise plan should I be sticking to? Your awnser is very much appreciated. Thank you again!

For toning the best thing you can do is add exercise focusing on your core muscles. Start with 10 minutes everyday the first week, so you don't overdo it. Then try 20 minutes a day the next week and stay steady with that for at least 1 month. If you can do 20 minutes of these a day you will not believe the results!
