QuestionThank you - you actually helped me alot. I'll try "light" high meat first, I wanted to do it anyway - now my motivations is bigger :) then with time I'll go more hardcore with it
I'll also cut off raw butter completely - it seems to not make me any good and AV is wrong. I'm gonna have to change it to some good quality olive oil - I know it's not the same but seems like I don't have an access to good organic gress-fed animal fat.
thank you once again!

AnswerHmm, I don't generally recommend raw vegetable-oils. So many people develop problems with them over time, whether in the form of raw coconut-oil, olive-oil etc.Keep on looking around for grassfed animal fats. Farms, and to a lesser extent, semi-organic farmers' markets are best to buy from. There's usually a grassfed and/or organic food directory in every country where one can find farm contact-details etc.
One guy I know, who's doing an unusual zero-carb variation of rawpalaeo, stated that when he couldn't get hold of decent grassfed meats, he would eat grainfed meats but would supplement with vast amounts of (low-quality) cod-liver-oil supplements to make up for the omega-3s missing from the grainfed meats. I would personally go in for the high-quality raw cod-liver oil, but the other guy claims that that still wouldn't be enough in terms of making up for the missing Omega-3s.
