QuestionQUESTION: hello...i am 17 years old and i am 5.3" weighing 63kg and i would like to reduce myself as i am not happy with the way i am now and i have got a loose tummy and when i wear clothe it looks very bad as i don't get the perfect look and shape and my body cut is more of a pear cut and i would like to make it more curvy. Along with losing weight i want to look slim as I'm short i tend to look fat.
I also do not want a diet filled completely with fruits and vegetables as my mum does not want me to diet so i just want to have a good solution where i can actually lose weight and by the end i look slim and nice and i do not want this procedure to take very long also i want to lose weight within like 2 months or so.
i hope to get a solution to my problem.

QUESTION: well for breakfast i just have a cup of tea or horlicks(a malt drink) and some cornflakes sometimes whereas for lunch any kind of dish with chicken or mutton or fish or beef(rarely) along with rice and vegetables. For snakes it depends on what ever i get to eat sometimes another cup of tea or coffee along with some biscuits or cakes or cookies anything like that. For dinner i have chapatti(a wheat bread) with some chicken or sometimes noddles which depends as a vege or with chicken and ofcourse salads and fruits.
And i don't eat much of chocolate or sweets as i don't prefer them so much.

ANSWER: Hi Ash,
thanks for the extra information. I think small changes would make the biggest difference. I would recommend to not change WHAT you eat but just how much, cut out about 1/4 off your plate. For example if you usually have 1 cup of cornflakes have 3/4 of a cup instead. Leave a little bit of the wheat bread and chicken behind at dinner, or just take a little less on your plate. Same with at lunch a little less. The biscuits, cakes and cookies amount should be cut down a lot more, I would cut that amount (since I don't know how much you have) into atleast HALF. I think being active could make the biggest difference for you. Speed walking, biking, jogging, dancing, sports - whatever you like for 30 minutes each day or 50 minutes 3 times a week. That will make the biggest difference to change the shape and appearance of your body. I hope this helps, please feel free to ask any follow up. I know you can do it!!! Good luck!!

QUESTION: i still have one more doubt as im not sure when to do my exersice or dancing and all in the early morning or in the evening.
And i would to inform u also about my sleepin routine, as i have evening classes in colloge and i get back home at 11pm and isleep at around 2-3am and i get up at 11-12am i hope this is not what actuly effects my health and fittness. I would you help me ou in this by whic i would be very glad!!!

As long as you are sleeping 7-9 hours a night that is good. You don't want more or less and the time of day you are sleeping is fine.
Exercise is good at any time, I always recommend to do it when is best for you. The extra benefit of exercising in the early part of your day is you will burn more calories throughout the day.
