I just read your profile and i really fell in love with it. I hope i find you well.
I have an 11 month old baby and i only breast fed her for a month because i had to go back to work. I weighed 60kg wich i liked before the baby but after the baby i gained 20kg. A lot of people say it is because i didn't breast feed my baby. I would really like to go back to 60kg and i really do not know how to go about it. I have tried eating less but i really don't see changes.
Can you just assist me in terms of what and how much i should eat. Can you please as well give me example of those foods because im not really good at biology.

I don't think that breast-feeding prevents from gaining weight. How much did you gain during and after your pregnancy?
