AnswerI have never heard of anyone wanting to do this before. Be sure to understand the possible consequences of this decision. Your body is based on acidic balances, altering this can cause issues from pain (such as back pain) to acid reflux. I would HIGHLY recommend consulting your physician to discuss the possible ramifications.
Having said that, almost any green vegetable is alum, which are alkaline. Some of my favorite examples are ramps, collard greens, "bulls blood" lettuce, Swiss chard and leeks. I do not know if eating more of these types of vegetables will "reset" your bodies acidity. Another item that commonly contains alkaline vegetation, is supplements that use algae. Again I HIGHLY recommend you consult your physician before attempting to do this.
