QuestionHey there, I'm a male triathlete who's resigme consists of training 2, most of the time 3 times a day. I would like a daily meal plan that is personally devised that reaches my needs and requirements. I'm 5ft 8 and weigh 60kg and i feel that I don't have enough protein or I have to resort to a quick energy source.
Thanks.
AnswerHi Michael,
You sound really fit.
Maybe, you could help me for a change.
Why on earth did you put your question to me?
My profile clearly states that I only have holistic answers for you. And while I would love to hand you a whole lot of alternative ways to consider what makes one fit (not protein per se let alone quick fixes) I feel you are not looking for that. For extreme demands upon your body you need to consider extremely modern science. Whether this is a way forward or not is up to you to decide. When you feel your body is trying to tell you something inspite of all the available quick solution products and high protein stuff (yes, think whey if you must) then you can always come to me for advice on how to listen.
So I suggest you try a different category unless you want to reconsider your requirements. Bear in mind though, that nobody can give you a personal diet plan without a personal consultation: since it concerns your body and your energy you will need to meet them in person. Somebody on line can help you get a better feel of how to think about your needs and give you inspiration on how to meet them.
I wish you lots health and fitness, and may you enjoy some lovely food and great exercise. Remember to dedicate a small part of you to the part we have not seen, yet.
Love Evelyn.
